Job Summary


We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Master Scheduler to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the scheduling processes within our manufacturing environment, ensuring that production meets demand while optimizing resources. This role requires a strong understanding of supply chain dynamics, demand planning, and proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle.

Duties



Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demand while minimizing inventory levels. Collaborate with various departments including production, procurement, and sales to ensure alignment on scheduling priorities. Utilize MRP (Material Requirements Planning) tools to forecast material needs and manage inventory effectively. Implement lean manufacturing principles to streamline processes and improve efficiency across the production line. Analyze data trends to make informed decisions regarding capacity planning and resource allocation. Monitor schedule adherence and adjust plans as necessary to accommodate changes in demand or production capabilities. Prepare reports on scheduling performance metrics for management review.

Requirements



Proven experience in a scheduling role within a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of ERP systems, particularly SAP and Oracle, as well as MRP processes. Familiarity with lean manufacturing concepts and practices is highly desirable. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets related to demand planning and supply chain management. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively. A degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Pay: $65,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
