Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented

Master Production Scheduler

to oversee production planning and scheduling in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for aligning demand forecasts with production capacity, optimizing inventory levels, and ensuring on-time delivery of products. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, ERP experience, and a continuous improvement mindset to support efficient, streamlined operations.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage production schedules to maximize efficiency and meet delivery commitments Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align scheduling priorities and operational requirements Analyze production specifications, plant capacity, and inventory data to determine resource requirements Monitor material availability and production progress, adjusting schedules as needed Identify and resolve issues that may impact schedule adherence or order fulfillment Prepare and maintain production reports, forecasts, and schedule updates for management Communicate schedule status, risks, and changes to internal stakeholders Identify and implement process improvements to enhance scheduling efficiency Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulations Forecast and manage budgets related to production scheduling activities

Qualifications

Experience in production scheduling or planning within a manufacturing environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems Solid understanding of supply chain, inventory management, and lean manufacturing principles Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Pay: $65,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
