Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our Chiropractic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping clients achieve relaxation and relief from tension through various massage techniques. This role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.

Newly renovated, large room available immediately for rent with established client base waiting to be serviced. Consistent client referrals are generated by 3 busy chiropractors.

Duties

Provide professional massage therapy services, including deep tissue, therapeutic massages Conduct thorough consultations with clients to assess their physical condition and discuss any areas of concern. Utilize appropriate techniques and modalities to promote relaxation, alleviate pain, and enhance overall well-being. Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for clients before, during, and after treatments. Keep accurate records of client sessions, including treatment plans and progress notes. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper sanitation practices.

Requirements

In good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario, or soon to be. Hold a current active license or soon to have a license. Maintain professional liability insurance. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Ability to create a calming atmosphere for clients during treatments. Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor. Physical stamina to perform massages for extended periods while maintaining focus on client comfort.
