Massage Therapy Instructor (Weekends or Evenings) - Help Shape the Next Generation

We are currently holding preliminary CMTCA accreditation status, and as our program continues to advance through the process, we're growing our faculty team to match the momentum.

We are hiring for two roles:

Saturday Instructor for our Advanced Standing cohort (students with prior learning experience) Part-time Evening Instructor for core curriculum courses

What you'll be doing:

Teaching and mentoring future RMTs through hands-on learning and practical skill building Creating an environment where students feel supported, challenged, and capable Collaborating with an organized, drama-free faculty team Bringing energy, clarity, and a sense of pride to the classroom

Who you are:

A Registered Massage Therapist in good standing (minimum 2 years experience) Someone who enjoys teaching, guiding, and breaking concepts down in a way that sticks Confident, reliable, and approachable Teaching experience is an asset, but not required - we value personality and commitment

Compensation and schedule:

Part-time positions Saturday or evening availability New instructors start at entry-level pay, with increases based on teaching experience Expected start date: January 2025
