Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and passionate

Massage Therapy Instructor

to join our team in Calgary, AB. This role involves teaching both theoretical and practical components of our program, guiding students in developing their skills, and preparing them for successful careers in massage therapy.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging and effective instruction in accordance with program curriculum and CMTCA/MTAA requirements. Facilitate hands-on labs in our Calgary facilities. Support student learning through a blended teaching approach (in-person and online). Provide constructive feedback, mentorship, and evaluation to students. Maintain a safe, inclusive, and professional learning environment.

Qualifications

Minimum

5 years of massage therapy practice

experience. In good standing with the

College of Massage Therapists of Canada (CMTCA)

and the

Massage Therapist Association of Alberta (MTAA)

.

Adult Education Certificate

orminimum

1 year of teaching experience

. Must be located in

Calgary, AB

(all hands-on labs are in the city). Experience with

blended learning

(online + in-person instruction) is an asset. Availability for evenings and weekends is preferred.
