is seeking passionate, knowledgeable, and student-focusedRegistered Massage Therapists (RMTs)
to join our growing faculty. We are looking for instructors who are excited to mentor the next generation of massage therapists and contribute to high-quality training in a supportive and professional environment.About the Role
As an instructor, you will teach in our Massage & Hydrotherapy Diploma Program, delivering theory, practical labs, and/or clinic supervision depending on your expertise.
Responsibilities include:
Teaching assigned courses using provided curriculum and lesson plans Demonstrating proper assessment, treatment techniques, and client-care skills Supervising and evaluating students in practical labs and clinical settings Providing constructive feedback and supporting student success Completing evaluations, marking, attendance, and academic documentation Ensuring compliance with CMTO standards and college policies
Qualifications
To be successful, you should have:
Be a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT)
in good standing with theCMTO
Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
Previous teaching experience is an asset but not required-- we provide training Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to motivate and mentor students Comfortable teaching in person (theory, labs, or both)Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $30.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
