MaKami is looking for a Learning Assistant to help shape the next generation of Massage Therapy professionals. As a Learning Assistant, you will play a key role in creating a positive and productive classroom experience.



Major Accountabilities/Responsibilities (Including but not limited to the following):



Preparing materials and setting up equipment for lessons Supporting students one-on-one or in small groups to reinforce key concepts Assisting with tutoring, marking, and distributing assignments Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment Supervising and assisting in outreach and school events Helping with laundry duties to ensure linen supplies are available Observing and reporting student development to instructors

What You Bring:

Registered Massage Therapist diploma Previous experience in teaching or as a learning assistant Patience, empathy, and the ability to work with diverse learners Strong communication and listening skills Professional appearance and demeanor Reliability, initiative, and a collaborative spirit
