Retreat Massage & Wellness is located in a very busy plaza and provides Registered Massage Therapy, Physiotherapy, Acupuncture and Naturopathy services. We take advantage of both Clinic and Spa setting, and clients receive professional services in a safe and relaxing environment.

We have a lot of requests from our clients, and there are many opportunities to grow as an RMT here. We're doing our best to promote and support RMTs through powerful & consistent marketing techniques, including social media & word-of-mouth, and we are confident that the excellent work environment and high-end new equipment will definitely improve your job satisfaction. Requirements:

Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) in good standing with the CMTO Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish a close rapport with clients Commitment to quality treatment and customer service Strong time management and organizational skills Proof of valid professional liability/malpractice insurance Experienced RMTs are preferred. Additional licenses (Physiotherapist, Acupuncturist, Osteopath) are strong asset.

Full-time office and administration support Online booking and Electronic Medical Records (Jane) Direct billing to insurance company High-end hydraulic massage table, heat pad and double hot cabi Staff room with a refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, etc All advertising including social media, internet advertising and website profile On-site laundry, linens, massage supplies (oils, gua sha, hot stones, etc) On-site ample free parking

Responsibilities:

Provide professional massage therapy services to clients, ensuring a relaxing and therapeutic experience. Maintain accurate records of client sessions and progress. Deliver exceptional customer service through effective communication and interpersonal skills. Manage time efficiently to accommodate multiple clients while adhering to appointment schedules. Uphold organizational standards and cleanliness in the therapy environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: $71.00-$94.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 24 per week
