We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping clients achieve relaxation and relief from tension through therapeutic massage techniques. As a Massage Therapist, you will provide personalized care to clients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction while adhering to professional standards.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough client assessments to understand individual needs and preferences. Perform various massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, and sports massage. Maintain a clean and organized treatment area, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and ready for use. Communicate effectively with clients regarding their treatment plans and any necessary adjustments. Keep accurate records of client treatments and progress, using appropriate medical terminology. Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment and addressing client concerns promptly. Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to enhance service offerings.

Experience

Previous experience as a Massage Therapist is preferred but not mandatory; recent graduates are encouraged to apply. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients. Familiarity with medical terminology is a plus, aiding in better understanding of client needs. A valid massage therapy license or certification as required by state regulations.

Pay: $25.00-$32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 40 per week
