We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our team. Responsibilities

Perform a variety of massage techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, and therapeutic massages tailored to individual client needs. Conduct thorough client assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans based on their health history and preferences. Maintain a clean and organized treatment area, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and ready for use. Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and provide recommendations for ongoing care. Keep accurate records of client treatments, preferences, and progress in accordance with company policies. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in massage therapy techniques through continuous education and training. Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment for both clients and staff.

Requirements

Valid state licensure or certification in massage therapy is required. Proficiency in various massage techniques; additional certifications in specialized modalities are a plus. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for clear interaction with clients and team members. Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times. Physical stamina to perform massages for extended periods while standing or using various body positions.
