We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality therapeutic massage services to clients, ensuring a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. This role requires a deep understanding of various massage techniques, strong customer service skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients to address their individual needs.

Responsibilities

Perform a variety of massage techniques tailored to the client's preferences and requirements. Assess clients' physical conditions and discuss their needs to develop personalized treatment plans. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and ready for use. Keep accurate records of client treatments and progress while adhering to confidentiality standards. Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and recommend follow-up treatments as necessary. Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and best practices in massage therapy. Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere for all clients.

Experience

Proven experience as a Massage Therapist or similar role is preferred. Knowledge of medical terminology is advantageous for effective communication with clients regarding their health conditions. Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to ensure clear understanding between therapist and client. Certification from an accredited massage therapy program is required, along with any necessary state licenses. Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
