We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of various massage techniques and be dedicated to providing exceptional customer service to enhance the well-being of our clients. As a Massage Therapist, you will play a vital role in promoting relaxation, relieving tension, and supporting overall health through therapeutic touch.

Duties

Perform a variety of massage techniques tailored to meet individual client needs, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, and therapeutic massages. Conduct thorough client assessments to understand their specific needs and preferences. Maintain accurate client records, including treatment plans and progress notes, while adhering to confidentiality standards. Communicate effectively with clients regarding their treatment options and aftercare recommendations. Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the massage therapy room and equipment before and after each session. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in massage therapy techniques and practices. Collaborate with other wellness professionals to provide comprehensive care for clients.

Experience

Proven experience as a Massage Therapist with a valid state license or certification in massage therapy and valid liability insurance. Valid Business License issued by City of Edmonton for Massage Therapy Strong communication skills with an emphasis on customer service to ensure a positive client experience. Familiarity with medical terminology is preferred to enhance client assessments and treatment plans. A passion for holistic health and wellness, along with a commitment to continuous learning in the field of massage therapy.

Pay: $40,743.85-$98,507.65 per year
