Responsibilities
As a new graduate RMT at Align Wellness, your role goes beyond delivering treatments, you're helping build a reputation for care, grow a loyal client base, and contribute to a collaborative, growth-driven clinic. Your key responsibilities will include:
Delivering thoughtful, therapeutic massage treatments tailored to client goals, not just relaxation
Building long-term client relationships through trust, clinical insight, and excellent communication
Encouraging rebooking and continuity of care to support real healing and progress
Engaging in ongoing learning and mentorship, with a willingness to explore new modalities and techniques
Collaborating with other practitioners, sharing insights and supporting a multi-disciplinary approach
Supporting the overall growth of the clinic by contributing ideas, being present in the community, and staying aligned with our values
Maintaining a clean, welcoming, and professional treatment space--including helping with shared clinic tidiness, laundry, and supply upkeep
Showing up with curiosity and humility, ready to learn and evolve your practice every day
Requirements
Willingness to be a part of our Cochrane community, either living in or through recreational community-based activities.
Registration in good standing with the NHPC.
Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and various massage techniques.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Previous experience in a spa or wellness center is preferred but not required.
