Overview:

We are currently seeking a qualified and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our integrative wellness team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in a variety of massage techniques and dedicated to creating a calm, therapeutic environment tailored to each client's individual needs. This role requires professionalism, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional client care.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform a range of massage therapies, including Swedish, deep tissue, and sports massage, based on client needs and preferences Conduct comprehensive consultations to assess client conditions, goals, and medical history Accurately document treatment plans, progress, and observations using appropriate clinical terminology Maintain a clean, hygienic, and welcoming treatment space in accordance with health and safety standards Address client questions and concerns with empathy and professionalism Stay current with best practices and techniques through ongoing professional development and training Collaborate with other wellness practitioners as needed to support integrated care

Requirements:

Licensed or certified Massage Therapist

, in good standing with the provincial/regulatory body Proficiency in massage therapy techniques, with strong hands-on skills and clinical judgment Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy is an asset Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering personalized, high-quality care Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality, privacy, and professional boundaries
