We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing exceptional therapeutic services to clients, promoting relaxation and well-being. Duties

Perform a variety of massage techniques tailored to individual client needs, including Swedish, deep tissue, and sports massage. Assess client conditions by reviewing medical histories and conducting thorough consultations. Maintain a clean and organized treatment area, ensuring all equipment and supplies are properly sanitized. Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and recommend follow-up treatments as necessary. Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication and attentive service. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in massage therapy practices.

Qualifications

Valid state licensure or certification in massage therapy is required. Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred to enhance communication with clients regarding their health needs. Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming environment for clients. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and team members. Previous experience in a spa or wellness setting is a plus but not mandatory. Pay: $17.50-$20.00 per hour
