Purpose of Role
To deliver exceptional massage and wellness treatments in line with five-star service standards, ensuring guest satisfaction, safety, and well-being while maintaining the integrity and professionalism of the spa environment.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver a wide range of massage therapies (e.g., Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone) as per spa protocols and guest needs
Conduct consultations to assess guest requirements and contraindications
Provide personalised recommendations for aftercare and wellness
Uphold hygiene and sanitation standards at all times
Maintain treatment rooms and equipment to luxury standards
Promote spa services and retail products to enhance guest experience
Maintain accurate records of treatments performed
Support spa reception or other departments as required
Participate in training and development sessions
Skills & Experience
Qualifications Ideally a qualification in Massage Therapy although training will be provided Minimum 1 year in a luxury spa or hotel environment Customer Service
High-level interpersonal and communication skills
Languages
English fluency essential; other languages a plus
Sales & Product Knowledge Familiar with spa products and up-selling techniques Core Competencies
