Masonry Sales Professional
to join our team and service residential and commercial leads for various masonry restoration projects, including:
Chimney repairs and rebuilds
Brick repair, replacement, and tuck-pointing
Foundation parging
Flagstone and fieldstone work
Block and stonework
Concrete projects
Complete masonry restoration services
Responsibilities:
Meet with property owners (residential and commercial) at their locations to discuss project needs.
Assess the scope of work and provide accurate job delivery pricing for materials and labor required to complete the project.
Conduct effective sales presentations and close deals on necessary masonry restoration work.
Submit detailed work orders for projects sold, including job-specific photos, diagrams, measurements, and materials required for execution.
Qualifications:
Hands-on masonry experience:
Candidates must be skilled masonry tradespeople with significant hands-on expertise in the trade.
Sales and estimating experience:
Previous proven ability to estimate and sell masonry renovation and restoration projects.
Flexible scheduling , including availability evenings and weekends for customer sales presentations.
Strong communication, customer service, computer and organizational skills
Valid safety certifications (Working at Heights and WHMIS).
Criminal background check required.
Valid G-class driver's license with a clean Driver's Abstract.
Access to a personal vehicle (with company-provided vehicle allowance).
Familiarity with drone usage for creating sales content and presentations
Dependable, punctual, and knowledgeable about GTA neighborhoods.
Self-motivated with a proactive positive approach to problem solving
