Description -

HP is looking for a growth-minded Marketplaces on-site Search manager to join our team of in-house Search experts. The PPC expert will plan, implement, and evaluate growth strategies for HP on Amazon Advertising / Amazon Vendor Central and other marketplaces. This role will effectively communicate the impact of Paid Search within the platforms to the business. In this role you will be supported with a Planning function that charts the way for your delivery towards Paid Search campaigns.

Your primary focus will be to ensure the delivery of day-to-day Amazon Advertising activity, working towards set performance targets and ensuring that campaign implementation is in line with best practices, driving ecommerce success for your client. Managing the day-to-day delivery of Paid Search/Pay Per Click (PPC) and DSP campaigns includes but is not limited to strategy development, account setup, keywords selection and expansion, audience segmentations, negative keyword governance, website and category exclusions, ad creative (including writing, managing translation processes, testing ad copy and ad extensions), and landing page revisions.

Manage paid search campaigns across multiple marketplaces and ensure program specific coverage and ROAS goals.

Daily monitoring and analysis of all Paid Search advertising campaigns on the platforms of Amazon and other Marketplaces (Criteo, WMC, etc).

Generate detailed keyword research analysis for new & existing products using third-party tools.

Manage bids throughout the entire campaign, monitor and update daily budgets.

Activate and manage big media budgets, and multiple PPC / DSP campaigns within the marketplaces across our portfolio of products.

Maintain alignment with robust promotional calendar ensuring that ad copy and spend is consistent with site Worldwide goals.

Develop and maintain reporting on all levels of data from keyword to campaign for ROI and coverage metrics.

Provide recommendations and improve performance of Paid Search and Display campaigns and for annual budget planning.

Analyze campaigns and translate anecdotal and qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising the campaigns.

Must be able to present results as well as high-level trends and ability to gather insight from data and execute next steps accordingly.

Prepare and deliver reports required by management, working closely with the country Search Planning function.

Spending time developing new tests as part of a growth strategy.

Keep up to date with paid search best practices, bid management systems, keyword development tools and industry research.

What you will need:

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree\xe2\x80\x93 Business and Marketing preferred.

At least 2 years of experience with Amazon Advertising

Understand key e-commerce events and seasonal trends that could impact the overall digital marketing industry.

Proficient with Search reporting tools (Skai, Downstream).

Knowledge of both local (within their country/region) and global search engine trends.

Agency or Agency management experience.

Self-directed with a passion to continue to learn and grow, embracing the continuous improvement approach (define-measure-analyze-improve-control)

Ability to work with global teams across multiple time zones.

Strong teamwork orientation.

An ability to think on your feet, move fast and bring your A-game to work every day.

Amazon Marketing Services Certified

Preferred PPC/SEM expert and/or Google Certified

Fluent in English
