Location options

This is an in-office role based out of downtown Vancouver, B.C

Key Accountabilities

Manage and execute the company's social media presence, with a primary focus on LinkedIn, including content creation, scheduling, and performance monitoring Develop and distribute email newsletters, email templates, and outbound correspondence Support the creation and publication of articles, digital content, and communications across websites and apps Develop and maintain broker-facing marketing materials including hi-lite sheets, product summaries, and presentations Support the planning and execution of broker and industry events, including coordination of branded swag. Ensure brand consistency, messaging accuracy, and compliance through collaboration with internal stakeholders Promote and model the Forward Insurance Managers Ltd. culture, values and brand promise Other duties as required

Qualifications

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or social media coordination Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field Hands-on experience managing LinkedIn for a B2B or professional services organization Prior experience in insurance, financial services, or B2B environments preferred Experience with email marketing platforms, and social media scheduling tools Excellent professional written and verbal communication & customer service skills Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives

Salary Range:

CAD $50,000-$70,000
