Role Overview:


We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing & Wellness Content Coordinator to help shape our content strategy, strengthen our social media presence, and develop engaging wellness materials for clients. In this role, you'll support both internal and external marketing efforts by creating content across multiple platforms, managing social media, and producing resources that enhance the delivery of client wellness programs. The ideal candidate is a strong writer and researcher with a keen eye for design, a solid understanding of digital marketing, and strong technical skills.

Responsibilities



Develop and create content for marketing campaigns across email, social media, and digital channels. Design and produce materials for client wellness programs (e.g., posters, resource guides, promotional assets). Assist in updating and maintaining website resources via WordPress. Support the planning, scheduling, and posting of content on social media platforms. Conduct research to create well-informed, engaging, and relevant content. Build visually appealing PowerPoint presentations for internal and external use. Track content performance and suggest improvements based on analytics. Additional marketing and content development tasks may be assigned as needed, based on evolving client program needs.

Requirements



Experience in marketing, content creation, communications, or a related field. Familiarity with email marketing tools and best practices. Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills. Proficiency in WordPress for website management. Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X/Twitter) and scheduling tools. Solid research skills and ability to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging content. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with strong attention to detail. A creative mindset with a passion for wellness and health is an asset.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
