We are actively looking for a Marketing Assistant to join our marketing and print team at our Windsor office. This person will work collaboratively with our team members to execute marketing programs and develop materials to support various internal companies under the SoodFM corporation as well as external clients. The Marketing Assistant will develop marketing strategies in digital and printed formats and will work with our in-house design studio to develop advertising creative. Photo/video equipment, computer, design software, and support from our marketing, graphic design and web development teams will all be provided. In summary, our ideal Marketing Assistant will: \xe2\x97\x8f Produce multi-purpose content for all business in the Sood FM family of companies and all marketing channels with a focus on audience engagement, lead generation and sales. \xe2\x97\x8f Manage the creation of unique promotional material to support our products and services. \xe2\x97\x8f Collaborate with the Marketing team to promote our brands and products. \xe2\x97\x8f Experience with developing artwork for print, working with print suppliers and providing quotes to clients. \xe2\x97\x8f Excel in a fast paced and deadline driven environment while adapting to changing priorities and managing multiple projects and team members simultaneously. The successful candidate, will be confident with: \xe2\x97\x8f Brainstorming, developing and writing content for a wide variety of deliverables including annual reports, corporate presentations, planning documents and webpages. \xe2\x97\x8f Copywriting for visual and written content and marketing campaigns. \xe2\x97\x8f Participating and represent the Marketing department within our family of companies and externally. \xe2\x97\x8f Digital marketing and advertising best practices and hands-on technical skills for PPC and social media advertising. \xe2\x97\x8f Staying up to date with the latest technology, industry trends and industry best practices. Core Responsibilities: \xe2\x97\x8f Maintain a content calendar for Sood FM\xe2\x80\x99s various marketing campaigns and ensure all channels are being actively used and generating leads/sales. \xe2\x97\x8f Report and analyze data from several digital marketing channels with the help of reporting software. \xe2\x97\x8f Work across internal teams to coordinate different marketing projects across the organization. \xe2\x97\x8f Communicate clearly and effectively with all members of the team to delegate tasks and projects and ensure projects are completed on time and of high quality. \xe2\x97\x8f Work on ad-hoc projects as needed by the executive team. The \xe2\x80\x9cmust-have\xe2\x80\x9d skills and qualifications that we\xe2\x80\x99re looking for are: \xe2\x97\x8f A degree or diploma in Business with a concentration in Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design, Project Management or related fields. \xe2\x97\x8f Ability to work independently, and in teams to accomplish goals and tasks effectively. \xe2\x97\x8f Ability to delegate tasks to team members and manage projects through to completion. \xe2\x97\x8f Strong written and verbal communication skills including great attention to detail. \xe2\x97\x8f Strong prioritization, organization and project management skills. \xe2\x97\x8f Strong knowledge of digital media and social media technology platforms. \xe2\x97\x8f Strong computer proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative applications. \xe2\x97\x8f A creative mindset and ability to take ideas from concept to completion effectively and efficiently. Valuable Experience \xe2\x97\x8f Experience with photography and videography \xe2\x97\x8f Experience managing social media brand pages \xe2\x97\x8f Experience using digital advertising platforms \xe2\x97\x8f Experience with print media \xe2\x97\x8f Experience managing teams. \xe2\x97\x8f Ability to write and speak in French is an asset.
