Who Are We?

Machobear Studios is an established tech start-up based in Vancouver. We are the creators of liv.rent, an all-in-one platform that connects tenants with landlords. In addition to developing and maintaining our platform, we work on a variety of exciting projects for our clients within the real estate and food industries, providing innovative tech solutions that meet their unique needs.

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team and work with our internal and external brands. You will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless communication and coordination between our teams during campaigns. You will be responsible for campaign ideation and management, reporting analysis, managing project schedules, deliverables, and deadlines.

What You'll Be doing

Generate creative ideas and concepts for campaigns, create and manage detailed workback schedules for campaigns, projects, and activations. Supervise project timelines, collaborate with internal teams, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion. Conduct outreach and maintain communication with external clients Streamline task organization and assign responsibilities effectively Ensure all project deliverables adhere to guidelines and are completed within the designated timeline Anticipate and resolve potential challenges or delays, offering actionable solutions to maintain project momentum Support data collection, reporting, and execution of marketing campaigns Work across multiple marketing channels Reporting and analysis of campaigns to inform future activations/etc.

What You Bring Us

3-4 years of experience, with a strong background in project management and client coordination Marketing foundation/principles Proficiency in Asana or similar project management tools Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
