The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and executing a national marketing and communications strategy to increase program participation and strengthen brand awareness.

Bilingual Marketing Specialist Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a national marketing and communications strategy to enhance program registration and visibility.
Manage and grow the organization's social media channels, ensuring engaging, brand-aligned, and audience-targeted content.
Plan and execute promotional campaigns in collaboration with internal teams, corporate sponsors, and national partners.
Monitor and analyze media coverage and brand presence, preparing an annual media report and ongoing performance metrics.
Build and maintain brand consistency across all materials, communications, and partner collaborations.
Identify and leverage new promotional opportunities to reach and engage diverse audiences.
Bilingual Marketing Specialist Job Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience developing and executing national marketing or communications plans.
Proven ability to manage social media platforms and execute multi-channel promotional campaigns.
Strong background in working with diverse stakeholders, including corporate sponsors and national partners.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and fluency in French (written and spoken) - required.
Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
Strong organizational skills, creativity, and attention to detail.
Employment Details:
Wages: $25 - $30 per hour
Schedule: 37.5 hours per week, 7 hours a day, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Pay: Weekly pay
Location: Toronto, Ontario
Additional Information: 12 months of contract; fully onsite position
