The Role:






As the Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in executing marketing programs that build brand awareness, increase member engagement, and support business growth. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you'll manage campaigns, special events, and marketing requests to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. You'll oversee initiatives such as newsletters, member app challenges, and local club promotions while ensuring consistency with MOVATI's brand standards across all channels, including digital and in-club touchpoints.



Strong communication and collaboration will be essential as you provide updates, maintain alignment across teams, and foster positive relationships with stakeholders. You will also support project management by drafting briefs, coordinating timelines, tracking milestones, and ensuring effective execution of all marketing activities.



In addition, you'll monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and provide insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvement. Staying current with marketing trends and best practices, you will help ensure MOVATI's marketing efforts remain innovative, effective, and aligned with the company's mission to empower people through fitness.



Qualifications:




Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. 3-5 years of marketing experience in a fast-paced, multi-channel environment. Strong understanding of marketing principles, campaign management, and analytics. Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred). Experience managing digital technologies engagement and content: website, digital signage, mobile App. Proficiency with creative tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite. Excellent writing, editing, and presentation skills with strong attention to detail. Collaborative mindset and strong relationship-building skills across teams and vendors. Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software and applications Well-organized with strong project management skills Ability to travel as necessary Ability to follow a hybrid work model with in-office availability on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
