Job description:
Develop, implement, and monitor digital and traditional marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
Manage and create engaging content for the company website, social media platforms, and email marketing.
Create, capture, and edit high-quality photos and videos that showcase the company's services and support various branding and promotional campaigns.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, trends, and customer needs in the home services industry.
Collaborate with internal teams and partner contractors to promote services and seasonal campaigns.
Analyze marketing performance metrics and prepare regular reports with actionable insights.
Coordinate advertising, sponsorships, promotions, and community outreach activities.
Assist in developing pricing strategies and promotional plans to remain competitive in the market.
Qualifications:
Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
1-3 years of marketing experience
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, TikTok, Xiaohongshu/Red, Instagram, and email marketing).
Experience with basic photography and video editing software is an asset.
Excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Creative thinker with a results-driven mindset.
