Our client, a leading litigation boutique, is seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist with a strong background in legal marketing and demonstrated experience leading teams. The ideal candidate will bring a sophisticated approach to marketing strategy, the ability to manage and mentor direct reports, and a track record of executing high-impact initiatives within a client-focused, professional services environment.
What you will be doing:
Support the Director of Marketing by implementing strategic plans.
Oversee the Marketing Coordinator and Digital Marketing Coordinator.
Plan, coordinate, and manage in-person and virtual networking events such as lunch and learns, webinars, sponsorships, and receptions.
Develop and execute marketing strategies across digital channels, including SEOs, Google searches, paid media, videos, website, etc. to increase the firm's visibility and attract new clients.
Write, review and approve content and graphics for promotional materials, advertising campaigns and social media.
Liaison with internal and external stakeholders, legal publications, etc.
Audit monthly budget reports and help in preparing the yearly budget.
Manage and fully optimize the CRM system and develop reports for analysis.
Oversee special mailing initiatives - e.g. holiday cards, marketing gifts, etc.
Support affiliate Personal Injury organization with its events, conferences and awards.
What you will bring to the position:
6+ years of marketing and communications experience gained in a law firm.
Bachelor's degree is required.
Strong understanding of law firm business models, BD goals, and partnership structures
Tech-savvy: comfortable with management of CRMs and email marketing platforms and social media tools.
Experience with script writing, videography, and editing (Premiere Pro) is considered an asset.
A confident communicator who can manage stakeholders with finesse.
Project and event management is highly desirable.
Proficient in utilizing relevant legal software and operating systems, such as Adobe Express, Kofax Power PDF, WordPress, Monday.com, Hootsuite, etc.
