Position: Marketing Specialist Location: Barrie, ON Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to increase brand awareness and drive demand for our water treatment solutions.
• Create compelling content for various channels including social media, website, email campaigns, and marketing materials.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns and promotions.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive insights.
• Manage digital marketing efforts on social media advertising to generate leads and increase online visibility.
• Cultivate relationships with local communities, businesses, and industry partners to expand our reach and customer base.

Qualifications:

• Experience in marketing, preferably in the water treatment or home services industry.
• Strong writing and communication skills with the ability to create engaging content for diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, and social media management tools.
• Creative thinker with a passion for developing innovative marketing strategies.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and independently manage multiple projects.
• Knowledge of water treatment technologies and industry trends is a plus.
• A self-starter, create our online presence from scratch!
