Write the next chapter of your ABB story.This position reports toMarketing ManagerYour role and responsibilitiesAs a marketing Specialist, you lead the coordination of Marketing tools: oversee the administration of the sales and marketing tools portal, ensuring effective platform, inventory, order, and user management. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the accessibility of marketing materials for Sales & Marketing, ultimately elevating the customer experience. This role is contributing to the Electrification, Installation Products division of ABB Canada and is located in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu. The work model is hybrid, with 2 days at the office per week in Iberville. Responsibilities: xe2x80xa2 Develop and execute content marketing plans and strategies for segment-based marketing campaigns and events, coordinating with various stakeholders to align efforts and maximize impact. xe2x80xa2 Create engaging and relevant content for various marketing channels, including websites, newsletters, blogs, podcasts, success stories, social media, and email campaigns. Coordinate the publishing process across relevant channels and repurpose product marketing and brand content where applicable. xe2x80xa2 Build and nurture relationships with influencers, partners, and industry experts to enhance content reach and impact. Act as a liaison between internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and effective collaboration. xe2x80xa2 Identify and collaborate with external vendors, such as graphic designers, videographers, or freelance writers, to create high-quality content that meets project specifications and deadlines. xe2x80xa2 Understand the needs of our target audiences, their preferences, the different tones and styles all while respecting ABBxe2x80x99s tone of voice and branding standards. xe2x80xa2 Manage content calendars, deadlines, and production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of marketing materials. Utilize project management tools to track progress and facilitate communication among team members. xe2x80xa2 Conduct keyword research and optimize content for search engines (SEO), collaborating with the digital marketing team to align strategies. xe2x80xa2 Analyze and report on content performance using metrics, coordinating with relevant teams to adjust strategies as needed for continuous improvement. xe2x80xa2 Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in content marketing, sharing insights with the team to foster a culture of learning and innovation.Qualifications for the role

  • Bilingual French and English. English is necessary to communicate with clients outside of Quebec.
  • You have completed a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • You have 3-5 yearsxe2x80x99 experience with a proven track record in content marketing, excellent writing and editing skills.
  • You are proficient with content management systems and marketing tools.
  • Completion of relevant certifications in marketing automation platforms (e.g. Pardot) is a plus.
  • You have a strong understanding of SEO and digital marketing best practices.
  • Experience in project management and collaboration with different teams
