We are looking for a passionate and dynamic marketing specialist to help us carry out our marketing activities and bring in new ideas. The ideal candidate will be able to develop, lead and execute integrated marketing campaigns. We are looking for someone who is versatile, creative and committed to the marketing team's success.

Your responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing and communications strategies to elevate the positioning of our division, according to best practices and new trends.
  • Collaborate with various experts to validate understanding of the products, the challenges, customers' needs and the market.
  • Manage marketing campaigns and initiatives by mobilizing internal and external resources: conception, production, final delivery, communication and performance evaluation.
  • Monitor the industry and participate in market studies and satisfaction surveys to better understand the needs, motivations and trends of our customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to orchestrate various brand awareness efforts; content articles, web optimization, social media, events, PR, etc.
  • Coordinate the production of marketing and sales support materials, always keeping the user in mind and ensuring high-quality content.
  • Roll up your sleeves to perform any other related tasks required.
Your background
  • Education in marketing, communications or other related field and at least 5 years of professional experience.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize and lead multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English.
  • A go-getter, positive, proactive and creative person capable of developing innovative solutions.
  • Ability to analyze, summarize and make decisions.
  • Ability to adapt to different digital tools and platforms.
  • Good to have: Knowledge of SEO, social media and marketing automation practices, knowledge of the electrification industry and products.
