The Specialist, Marketing supports the execution of marketing programs that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion across Petline's direct and partner channels. This role is integral to the operational success of marketing initiatives - coordinating timelines, managing deliverables, and ensuring campaigns are flawlessly executed across all tiers of partnerships and growth initiatives.


With a focus on executional excellence, process discipline, and cross-functional collaboration, this role helps bring Petline's marketing programs to life while maintaining brand integrity and efficiency in delivery.


What can you expect in this role?



Execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, ensuring timelines and objectives are met. Manage workflows, calendars, and briefs; track milestones and resolve issues. Act as primary contact for partner marketing initiatives and support co-branded campaigns. Ensure creative assets meet brand standards and partnership objectives. Maintain marketing processes, templates, and content systems (e.g., Jira) for operational consistency. Optimize workflows and suggest process improvements. Track KPIs, compile performance reports, and support data-driven campaign planning. Collaborate with internal teams and partners to align messaging and deliverables. Ensure all communications and materials reflect brand standards and growth strategy. Gather and organize campaign performance data to inform future initiatives. Support internal communications to keep stakeholders updated on campaign progress. Stay informed on industry trends and customer engagement strategies to enhance marketing effectiveness.

What do you bring to the role?



Post-secondary degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 4+ years of marketing experience, preferably in digital, brand, or partner marketing. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira). Familiarity with CRM platforms, digital ad management tools, marketing automation systems, and analytics platforms (considered an asset). Basic understanding of creative asset management processes. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Collaborative team player who builds trust and rapport with colleagues and partners. Proactive and resourceful, with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems creatively.
Salary Range: $58,100 - $106,900

Actual salary for the role may vary depending on work location of the successful candidate and other factors including but not limited to, skills, education, experience, working conditions and the local labour market. In addition to base pay, eligible employees may participate in various incentive plans which are paid out at the discretion of the company and subject to individual and company performance.
