Position Overview

We are seeking a creative, results-driven Marketing and Business Development Manager to support and execute both digital and traditional marketing initiatives. This individual will work closely with the team lead, sales agents, administrative staff and external partners to build brand awareness and attract leads through a mix of online and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and brand awareness. Create and manage digital marketing efforts including SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, online advertising, and website content. Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, Linked In and other platforms to increase engagement and generate leads. Create compelling creative and content, ensuing a consistent brand voice, messaging and visual identity. Create marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, postcards, signage and other OOH channels. Coordinate client community events, philanthropy and other promotional activities to increase brand visibility in local communities. Coordinate with external partners to analyze campaign performance and prepare regular reports on key metrics (traffic, leads, conversions, etc.). Conduct periodic competitor research and stay up-to-date on real estate marketing trends, tools, and best practices. Support other administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in a smaller organization where you 'wore many hats' and acted in a marketing generalist role Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms Strong creative skills with proficiency in Canva and other photo/video editing tools; graphic design experience is a plus. Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Excellent project management and organizational abilities. Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $50,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
