Responsibilities

If you live and breathe marketing, we want to hear from you. We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to assist in developing, implementing, tracking and optimizing marketing campaigns across all online channels at Simply Group. Reporting to the Director, Marketing, you will implement, monitor, and report on effective traditional and digital marketing campaigns that align with our business goals. You will bring demonstrated experience and proven success in helping grow digital businesses or campaigns over the last three years.

Job Duties/Tasks

  • Plan, develop, and optimize marketing automation journeys for our B2B and B2C business lines
  • Create, segment and schedule email campaigns utilizing platforms such as MailChimp, Marketing Cloud, Intercom and Click Dimensions
  • Analyze data and results from email campaigns, create reports to present to the marketing team, optimize for future campaigns based on previous findings
  • Plan and manage the execution of all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and advertising campaigns.
  • Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
  • Identify trends and insights,and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Brainstorm and present innovative and creative growth strategies.
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests (specifically for email campaigns)
  • Optimize user and conversion funnels.
  • Collaborate with digital agencies to provide assistance where needed
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
Requirements
  • Bachelor\'s degree in business or a related subject
  • 3+ years of experience in leading email marketing campaigns
  • Experience utilizing and navigating MailChimp, Marketing Cloud, Intercom and Click Dimensions
  • Proven experience with online marketing automation solutions
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints is a must
  • Experience with CMS and hosting platforms such as Wordpress, Wix, Go Daddy, Dream Host etc
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
