Marketing Specialist - :
As a Marketing Specialist at Make Space, you will support the Marketing Director in developing, executing, and optimizing marketing strategies across Canada. You will bring creativity, strong organizational skills, and a results-driven mindset to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
This role offers variety--you will work on everything from social media management and email marketing to event planning and campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow our social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn through engaging content and active community interaction.
Support digital marketing initiatives by assisting in the optimization and management of PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and META Ads Manager.
Assist in planning and executing offline marketing campaigns across channels including print, digital, and events. Coordinate campaign design, content, and strategy with external vendors and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of assets.
Write compelling and on-brand content for various marketing channels, including website copy, email campaigns, promotional materials, landing pages, and more.
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to support marketing strategy.
Assist in the planning and coordination of trade shows, webinars, sponsorships and promotional events.
Travel to events and conventions as needed to support onsite execution and brand presence.
Other projects and duties as assigned by management.
What You Bring:
Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communication or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
3-5+ years of marketing experience in a generalist marketing role. ()
Experience working with different CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Mailchimp).
Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Strong understanding of Google Ads, META Ads Manager, Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinker with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Willingness to attend events and represent the brand when required.
Nice to Have: Bilingual in English and French.

Pay: $65,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
