Job Description

The opportunity to directly influence business results and work with large international clients. You will be a link between marketing and sales. Your primary mission is to empower the sales team with the tools, analytics, and qualified leads needed to effectively close deals with corporate clients. You will be more than just a marketing specialist, you will be a partner to the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:



Market Analysis & Strategy: Conduct in-depth analysis of target European markets (e.g., DACH, Benelux, CEE) to identify new growth opportunities; Contribute to building and executing market entry and expansion strategies. Prospecting & Passive Lead Generation: Identify and segment potential mid-size and enterprise clients using modern tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io); Prepare targeted prospect lists for outbound campaigns in collaboration with the sales team. Sales Enablement & Content: Develop compelling, tailored presentations and commercial proposals that address the specific pains and needs of enterprise clients; Support the preparation of responses to RFPs/RFIs. Client-Facing Activities: Act as the "first face" of the company for new inquiries: conduct initial introductory calls, qualify leads, and hand them over to account executives. Digital Marketing: Contribute to a content strategy targeted at a B2B audience (e.g., blog posts, case studies, white papers); Assist in setting up and monitoring targeted digital campaigns (e.g., LinkedIn Ads). #

Candidate Requirements (Ideal Candidate Profile)/Essential Qualifications (Must-have):



3+ years of marketing experience in IT; A solid understanding of the mid-size and enterprise sales cycle: long sales cycles, multiple decision-makers, complex solutions; Proven experience in market research and prospecting; Ability to create high-quality presentations and commercial proposals in English; Hands-on experience with passive lead generation (identifying and qualifying potential clients); Experience working in an Agile environment (understanding of sprints, stand-ups, etc.); Fluent English (C1 level) is mandatory. Must be confident in business correspondence and leading client calls; Strong self-organization, ability to handle multiple tasks, and a fast-learning capability. #

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-have):



Previous experience working with the European market; Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and prospecting tools; Basic knowledge of digital marketing (Email Marketing, LinkedIn Ads, web analytics); Proficiency in a second European language (e.g., German, French) is a significant plus. #
