Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a

Marketing Specialist

to join our

Almonte, Ontario

office. This role will support the development and delivery of marketing strategies that strengthen our brand and support business growth. This role combines research, strategy, and content creation, with a focus on digital platforms and data-informed decision-making. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, creative, and comfortable working on a range of marketing initiatives.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Evaluate communication strategies and programs Prepare written material such as reports, briefs, website content Conduct comparative research on marketing strategies for industrial and commercial products Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters and other material Gather, research and prepare communications material Initiate and maintain contact with the media Conduct analytical marketing studies Conduct social or economic surveys on local, regional, or international areas to assess development of potential and future trends Design market research questionnaires Conduct online marketing, E-commerce and Website promotions Develop marketing strategies Deliver presentations at conferences, workshops or symposia Develop and implement business plans Maintain and manage digital database Write and edit press releases, newsletter and communications materials

WHAT YOU BRING

Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing or communications. Proven experience managing online marketing campaigns and website content. Strong writing and editing skills with an ability to communicate clearly and effectively. Familiarity with digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and content management systems. Ability to translate research and data into actionable marketing strategies. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. Effective communication and presentation skills.

HOURLY RATE:

$40/HR
