Our Pharmaceutical Diagnostics (PDx) business is the number one global supplier of contrast media and molecular imaging agents used to enhance medical imaging exams. Used throughout all major disease area diagnostic and treatment pathways, PDx products support three patients every second around the world.
Essential Responsibilities
Develop and execute the annual marketing strategy to support the sales activities specific to diagnostic pharmaceuticals to meet the Company\xe2\x80\x99s financial objectives
Identify, develop and nurture Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in support of Company\xe2\x80\x99s strategic objectives, including speaker & content development.
Execute support and organization of key trade shows or symposia aligned with Company priorities.
Evaluate new product introduction opportunities and contribute to business plan developments.
Develop collaterals (print and/or electronic) & communication campaigns to support key selling messages aligned with clinical evidence.
Build strong cross functional business relationships to leverage internal resources to deliver on marketing outcomes.
Track market dynamics and provide marketing investment direction.
Communicate market information effectively to the field and upper management
Communicate effectively with members of the broader sales, marketing and supporting functions to maximize business potential.
Ensure compliance with Company policies.
Manage a marketing budget
Qualifications/Requirements
Minimum a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Sciences, Marketing or related fields.
1-2 years of pharmaceutical or medical devices marketing experience.
Demonstrates strong creativity and track record of successful marketing initiatives.
Strong communication (oral/written) & interpersonal skills.
Strong presentation and influencing skills.
Ability to navigate the complex healthcare business environment.
Ability to travel within Canada and eventually to USA/Latin America
Work flexible hours if required.
Proficiency in MS Office and Smartsheet
Desired Characteristics
Pharmaceutical sales or marketing experience in contrast media, radiopharmaceuticals and/or neurology
Digital and multi-media experience
