Job Title: Marketing Specialist
Position Type: Full-time
Location: Ontario Base (95% Remote), will require office visits occasionally in Markham, Ontario.
Salary Range: $50,000-70,000Job Summary (Responsibilities and Requirements):We\'re looking for a creative and driven Marketing Specialist to join our team and lead our digital marketing efforts, focusing on social media management and website optimization.Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic to our website, and generate leads.
• Manage day-to-day activities on our social media platforms (LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Instagram, etc.), including content creation, scheduling, and community management.
• Monitor social media channels for trends, opportunities, and competitor activity.
• Help to maintain the company\xe2\x80\x99s editorial calendar and content schedule.
• Assist with the planning and execution of paid advertising campaigns.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and target audiences.
• Help to coordinate industry events as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.

• Proven experience of 2-3 years as a Marketing Specialist or similar role, focusing on social media management and website optimization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
