Summary

We are seeking a

Marketing Specialist

to join our marketing team. In this role, you will take the lead in creating managing digital campaigns, managing social media channels and driving brand growth across multiple platforms. Your creativity and marketing insight will play a key role in connecting with our community of over

100,000 Chinese-speaking investors worldwide

, strengthening our brand presence and supporting the continued growth of our products.

Responsibilities

Manage and operate

social media channels

, including YouTube, Douyin, Twitter/X, WeChat Official Account, and Xiaohongshu, while coordinating cross-platform collaborations and community engagement. Plan and execute

email marketing campaigns

, including visual design, writing, audience segmentation, and post-campaign performance analysis. Plan, execute, and analyze results of

daily marketing activities and promotional campaigns

to optimize reach and conversion. Create and edit

short-form videos

using provided scripts and long-form materials to produce engaging, platform-ready content. Enhance

Google SEO performance

, improving keyword rankings and website visibility through strategic content and technical optimization.

Qualifications

Minimum

3 years of professional experience

in digital marketing, graphic design, or related creative fields. Proficient in

Adobe Creative Suite

(Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).

Bachelor's degree

in Marketing, Design, Business, Economics or related.

Native Mandarin speaker

with strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience in

social media content creation or platform management

(YouTube, Twitter, WeChat, Xiaohongshu) is a strong plus. Strong sense of visual aesthetics, creativity, and attention to detail, with the ability to translate marketing ideas into impactful visuals.
