JOB SUMMARY
The
Bilingual Marketing Specialist, Copywriting & Digital
, collects and frontloads verbal content during the initial phase of each project prior to design execution, utilizing a systematic approach to reduce future revisions. This specialist manages and maintains content to ensure it remains current and of the highest quality. In collaboration with Marketing leads and other stakeholders, the role focuses on crafting meaningful marketing material content by translating business objectives into consistent design solutions that align with brand standards, are visually engaging, and free from errors. The specialist is especially dedicated to supporting the Marketing department's requirements in creative asset generation and communication efforts, both in print and online environments.
CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Be the brand steward to ensure brands are verbally represented and consistent on all touch points.
Verbally translates templated layouts into effective marketing tools that will satisfy the business goals in French and English.
Acts as the Quality Assurance for all translations flowing through auto-generated translations services including ALEXA, and other AI translations platforms prior to projects being released to market.
Manages content related to the digital spaces including online catalogue, website, resource platforms and standard static and online assets.
Be consistent with product copy and verbal content across all different tactics and media as a "plug and play".
Through guidance, develops a critical eye and can independently self-correct messaging. Ensuring work is error-free before routing for approval, printing or publishing.
Effectively utilizes skills around copywriting and project management software to efficiently deliver projects.
Positively follows the Medline process/procedures and strives to continuously improve efficiency.
Always maintains professionalism in mannerism and verbal communication--be positive, productive, resourceful and efficient
Gains knowledge/expertise on the product, product category, market segments, need state, target audience and competitor activities in the market by being resourceful and organized.
QUALIFICATIONS
Degree in Business or Marketing, or equivalent experience
French Canadian language proficient both verbally and written
5+ years in a Marketing management role
Experience with Healthcare Brand Marketing is critical and Quebec is an asset
A strong project manager with the ability to manage a fast-moving environment
