About the Role
We're looking for a
Bilingual Marketing Specialist (English & French)
who's curious, proactive, and excited to grow in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
You'll join our marketing team and work on a wide range of projects from content creation and campaign execution to supporting sales and hosting client webinars. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who's passionate about

You'll work closely with teammates across departments to bring our brand to life, help generate leads, and engage clients in meaningful ways.
What You'll Be Working On
Brand & Content Marketing
Build and maintain digital assets like landing pages, social media posts, and email content.
Create clear, engaging marketing materials that connect with our audiences.
Manage our social media presence (mainly LinkedIn).
Support event planning (e.g., trade shows, webinars) and handle follow-up communications.
Stay on top of trends and tools to help us continuously improve.
Sales Support
Help plan and execute marketing campaigns (email, social, content) that generate leads.
Create sales collateral and client-facing decks.
Conduct research and track competitors to support strategic planning.
Collect performance data and make recommendations to improve results.
Build a library of proof points (client stories, testimonials, stats).
Client Engagement
Write and distribute monthly client and member newsletters.
Host monthly client webinars (on camera) with internal experts.
Respond to client questions about marketing content and events.
Help plan the annual content calendar for marketing and engagement.
What You'll Bring
A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
1-2 years of B2B marketing experience (internships or co-ops count too!).
Full fluency in
English and French
spoken and written.
Solid communication and organizational skills.
Experience with
WordPress
,
HubSpot
,
Canva
,
Google Analytics
, or similar tools.
A strong eye for detail and a passion for clear, people-centered messaging.
A creative mindset with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
Bonus points for experience in video content or event planning.
Interest in health, wellness, or employee well-being is a great asset.
