We are looking for a

Marketing Specialist

to join our team in London, Ontario. This role is hands-on and dynamic. You will be managing digital and traditional marketing initiatives, designing creative content, overseeing social media platforms, and coordinating events to strengthen our brand presence.

The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and highly organized, with strong communication skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects. A passion for marketing and the dental industry, paired with technical skills in design and digital media, will help you succeed in this position.

Responsibilities:

Design creative assets and marketing materials using Adobe Suite while ensuring brand consistency Manage social media channels (content creation, scheduling, engagement, analytics) Plan, organize, and support company and community events Develop and implement marketing programs across traditional and digital platforms Write, proofread, and edit marketing and technical content across various mediums Collaborate with internal teams and offices to coordinate campaigns and initiatives Identify new opportunities to strengthen brand visibility and engagement

Qualifications:

Degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field 1-3 years of experience in marketing, social media management, or design Proficiency with Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva and Microsoft 365 Strong graphic design, content creation, and communication skills Event planning and coordination experience is an asset Excellent organizational and project management abilities Ability to travel as required
