You'll own day-to-day marketing execution (about 80%) while contributing to strategy with senior leadership (about 20%). It's a solo, in-house role, perfect for a self-starter who can switch from building a sales flyer in Canva to presenting ideas at the leadership table. With company growth, this role will play a larger part in the strategic decisions of the business. You'll collaborate closely with sales, suppliers, and external partners to drive measurable results.
What You'll Do
Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across web, email, social, print, and events.
Keep our website fresh (WordPress), improve SEO / AI visibility, and publish content.
Collaborate with the sales team to recommend and build sales enablement tools which may include collateral, brochures, co-branded partner materials, and regional tools.
Plan and support trade shows and customer events including logistics, pre / post promotion, lead capture and lead nurture.
Coordinate with external digital partners including briefing creatives (photo / video / graphic), overseeing production and ensuring deliverables are on time and on brand.
Create and maintain the marketing calendar, asset library, and dashboards.
Track all relevant KPIs (ie. web, social, CRM), report insights, and optimize via test-and-learn.
Support PR/media outreach in key markets and verticals.
What Success Looks Like (First 12 Months)
Full understanding of the company culture and core values, as well as the full supply chain and associated dependencies.
Set clear goals and establish KPIs (in alignment with the General Manager), and an execution plan aligned with the business priorities.
Consistent branded communications across channels that support revenue growth.
Sales-aligned lead gen and nurture with timely hand-offs.
Modernized foundations: calendar, reporting dashboards, and asset library.
Recognized internally as a go-to resource for sales enablement and marketing ideas.
What You Bring
Mandatory 5+ years in marketing (B2B/industrial/manufacturing preferred).
Practical fluency with WordPress (CMS), ESP (ie. Mailchimp), Canva/Adobe, Google Analytics, CRM/automation platforms.
Strong writing / editing skills.
Excellent project management, prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration.
Must be a self-starter and have a comfort level working in a fast-paced environment.
Up-to-date on best practices and tools (including AI) and comfortable bridging legacy systems with modern marketing.
