MOSAIC is looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll support a range of initiatives across digital marketing, content creation, and campaign coordination. It's a hands-on opportunity ideal for someone early in their career who's excited to learn, contribute, and be part of a purpose-driven organization.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Content Support
Assist with email, social media, and digital ad campaigns
Update website content and blog posts
Support SEO tasks like keyword research and page optimization
Draft and edit newsletters, blog content, and social media copy
Campaign Coordination
Help plan and schedule marketing campaigns
Maintain content calendars and timelines
Coordinate with internal teams to align messaging and priorities
Data & Reporting
Monitor website traffic, email engagement, and social media metrics
Use tools like Google Analytics and Meta dashboards to track performance
Summarize key insights to support data-informed decision-making
Design Support
Perform light graphic design work such as resizing assets and creating visuals using templates
Touch up photos for web and social media use
Support the development of branded materials like flyers, presentations, and digital graphics
Use or willing to learn tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator or InDesign
Event & Brand Support
Assist with event logistics, materials, and promotion
Help manage branded items and printed collateral
Coordinate with vendors, designers, and other partners as needed
Administrative & Team Support
Keep campaign files and marketing materials organized
Support day-to-day communications and team tasks
What You Bring
1+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field
Post-secondary education in marketing, communications, or business
Strong writing and editing skills
Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
Curious and eager to learn new tools and platforms
Comfortable using (or learning) platforms like Google Analytics, Canva, Hootsuite, Mailchimp, and more
COMPENSATION: $28.58-$29.25 per hour
HOURS:
35 hours per week; fixed term until January 8, 2027
The successful candidate may be permitted to work a hybrid work model (combination of in-office and remote work) must be able to commute to 5575 Boundary Rd. Vancouver, British Columbia.
BENEFITS:
A competitive benefits package is provided with contracts of at least 1 year in length and which offer a minimum of 17.5 hours of work per week.
