Position Overview
We're looking for a
Marketing Specialist
who thrives on strategy, creativity, and execution. This role is ideal for someone who can see both the big picture and the fine details -- a marketer who can turn insights into impact.
You'll play a pivotal role in shaping both our clients' and Studio Creative's own brand presence. From refining pitch deck narratives to running performance campaigns, you'll help us tell stories that convert curiosity into clients.
This is a position for someone who's both analytical and creative -- comfortable switching between content, data, and design conversations in a single day.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Strategy
Develop and execute tailored marketing strategies for client brands and Studio Creative itself.
Build messaging frameworks and brand positioning that reflect clarity, confidence, and creativity.
Contribute to creative direction, ensuring marketing materials align with design intent and audience goals.
Digital Campaigns
Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across social, search, and email channels.
Analyze and report on key metrics (CTR, conversion, engagement) to refine creative and targeting.
Manage ad budgets and performance tracking using Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics dashboards.
Pitch Decks & Presentation Marketing
Collaborate with designers to produce high-impact investor decks and corporate presentations.
Research and structure compelling business narratives -- turning information into persuasive visuals.
Understand startup and investor psychology, crafting decks that communicate value, scalability, and vision.
Content & Communications
Write marketing copy, case studies, and digital content that carry a consistent voice and tone.
Support proposal and RFP development for client projects.
Oversee updates to Studio Creative's website, SEO, and digital touchpoints.
Market Research & Trends
Monitor industry trends, competitor positioning, and emerging design and marketing tools.
Identify new opportunities for campaign innovation, storytelling, and lead generation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree in
Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

A proven
portfolio or body of work
demonstrating equivalent marketing strategy, campaign management, and creative execution experience.
Experience:
3-5 years in marketing, preferably within a
creative agency, design studio, or digital-first company
.
Core Competencies:
Strong understanding of digital marketing ecosystems (SEO, PPC, social, email).
Excellent copywriting and storytelling ability.
Experience with campaign analytics, performance reporting, and A/B testing.
Skilled with tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Mailchimp.
Familiarity with creative collaboration tools (Figma, Notion, or similar).
Strategic mindset with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
Preferred (Not Required)
Experience working with startups, tech companies, or high-growth brands.
Understanding of design systems, modern branding, and web development fundamentals.
Ability to lead small projects from concept to launch with minimal oversight.
