Reporting to the Manager of Digital Customer Engagement Strategy, the Specialist will lead the strategy, targeting, and personalization design for national customer engagement campaigns across Sobeys banners. This role focuses on defining campaign frameworks, aligning business priorities with customer value, and ensuring campaigns deliver measurable impact. The Specialist collaborates closely with the Campaign Strategy & Development team, Campaign Deployment team, Channel Analytics, and Creative Enablement to ensure campaigns are delivered flawlessly and optimized continuously.
