Position Summary
We are seeking a highly versatile Marketing Specialist to support both corporate brand marketing and our growing network of direct retail stores across Canada, the U.S., and Australia.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys managing diverse marketing initiatives - from digital campaigns and content creation to event coordination and dealer support.
This is a
100% on-site position
based primarily in Brampton, with one day per week in Mississauga and occasional travel to stores or events. This is not a hybrid or remote work role.

Key Responsibilities
Corporate & Brand Marketing
Coordinate and execute corporate marketing campaigns and initiatives from concept to completion.
Collaborate with creative, media, and leadership teams on multi-channel projects (digital, print, social, and events).
Support paid media programs (Meta, LinkedIn, Google) and coordinate asset and copy development.
Assist with website updates and maintenance (WordPress), ensuring accuracy and brand consistency.
Develop PowerPoint presentations, newsletters, and marketing collateral for internal and external audiences.
Maintain a structured digital asset library, ensuring proper organization and accessibility.
Track and summarize marketing KPIs and performance data using Excel or other reporting tools.
Direct Stores Marketing
Partner with the Sales Director and store managers to plan and execute local marketing programs that drive brand awareness and sales.
Support marketing needs for dealerships and direct stores across Canada, the U.S., and Australia.
Collect and curate content (photos, testimonials, videos) from stores for social and digital channels.
Assist in showroom merchandising and improving the in-store customer experience.
Coordinate local events, webinars, and trade shows, including logistics, invitations, and promotional materials.
Manage vendor relationships, obtain quotes, and oversee marketing collateral production and budgets.
Update and monitor store websites and Google Business pages; respond to reviews when needed.
Facilitate communication and best practice sharing across stores to strengthen marketing consistency.
Education & Experience
Required:
Bachelor's degree or college diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in marketing roles with increasing responsibility.
Proven experience coordinating digital marketing, events, and vendor management.
Strong proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce).
Excellent English communication and writing skills; French is an asset.
Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Professional demeanor and presentation skills.
Preferred:
Experience in manufacturing, building, or construction industries.
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, or similar tools.
Experience with WordPress or other content management systems.
Familiarity with email marketing platforms and social media management tools (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn).
Experience with Google Analytics or similar reporting tools.
