Join Our Team as a Marketing Specialist
We're looking for a data-driven Marketing Specialist to help grow and optimize our digital footprint across our hospitality, dining, and experience brands. This hands-on role combines SEO, content management, email marketing, website optimization, and campaign execution.
You'll collaborate with our marketing, design, and operations teams to craft seamless digital experiences that reflect our brand and deliver results. Core Responsibilities
SEO & Site Optimization
Conduct keyword research and develop on-page SEO strategies
Optimize website pages for search visibility (titles, meta descriptions, headers, images, internal linking)
Monitor and manage SEO performance using tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs
Identify and resolve SEO issues (e.g., broken links, duplicate content, crawl errors)
Website & Content Management
Coordinate content and information across various booking platforms
Manage updates to website content via CMS (WordPress)
Optimize user experience and page speed for improved conversion rates and engagement
Collaborate with design to implement UX and CRO (conversion rate optimization) improvements
Track user behavior via heatmaps and analytics to make data-informed website improvements (Hotjar)
Email Marketing
Plan and execute targeted email campaigns, including newsletters, promotions, and automated flows
Segment and manage subscriber lists based on audience behavior and lifecycle stage
Monitor email performance (open rates, CTR, conversions) and A/B test subject lines, content, and send times
Maintain clean and compliant data lists in alignment with CASL/GDPR standards
Digital Campaign Management
Coordinate digital marketing campaigns across email and web
Ensure campaign assets and messaging are consistent across platforms and aligned with goals
Collaborate with internal teams to align timing and promotional priorities
Track and analyze digital performance using Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or other BI tools
Build regular reports on KPIs including SEO, email, web traffic, campaign engagement, and conversions
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve performance
Maintain dashboards for stakeholders with real-time and historical data visualizations
Skills & Qualifications
2+ years' experience in digital marketing, with emphasis on SEO, email, and web
Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Tag Manager
Proficiency in email platforms (Mailchimp)
Hands-on experience with CMS platforms and basic HTML/CSS familiarity (WordPress)
Comfortable with SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or Screaming Frog
Analytical mindset with attention to detail
Strong organizational and project management skills
Preference given to candidates residing in the Bow Valley
Bonus Assets (Preferred but not required)
Google Ads or HubSpot certifications
Graphic design experience (Adobe Creative Suite)
