Specialist, DCE Campaign Development

Reporting to:

Manager, DCE Campaign Strategy & Development

Supports:

Campaign build, execution, and optimization across DCE channels (including email, push, SMS, app, and web)

Position Summary



The Specialist, DCE Campaign Development plays a key role in building, executing, and optimizing digital engagement campaigns across multiple banners. This role focuses on turning strategy into reality, ensuring campaigns are developed accurately, delivered on time, and aligned with personalization and business objectives.

As an executional specialist in campaign development, this role partners closely with strategy, deployment, creative, and analytics teams to enable flawless orchestration of personalized customer communications that drive engagement, loyalty, and measurable business impact.



Key Responsibilities

Campaign Development and Execution

Build, test, and launch multi-channel campaigns (email, push, SMS, app, web) based on campaign briefs and personalization requirements

Translate campaign strategy into execution-ready workflows, templates, and segmentation briefs

Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, error-free, and consistent with brand and channel standards

Partner with deployment and QA teams to troubleshoot blockers and ensure campaign accuracy

Personalization and Optimization Support

Implement personalization logic, segmentation rules, and lifecycle touchpoints within campaign builds

Support test and learn initiatives by configuring and monitoring A/B and multivariate tests

Collaborate with analytics teams to apply insights for campaign refinements

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with campaign strategy, creative enablement, and deployment teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery

Support alignment with banner priorities, merchandising initiatives, and in-store activations through campaign development

Participate in campaign readiness reviews, providing executional input and ensuring downstream feasibility

Project and Workflow Management

Maintain campaign development trackers, timelines, and approval workflows

Coordinate asset and content integration with creative teams to ensure timely delivery

Monitor campaign calendars to manage competing priorities across multiple banners



Requirements

2 to 4 years of experience in digital marketing, campaign development, or customer engagement roles

Hands-on experience building campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud or a comparable marketing automation platform

Strong attention to detail and proven ability to execute multi-channel campaigns at scale

Solid understanding of personalization, segmentation, and lifecycle-based customer engagement

Strong project management and organizational skills, comfortable balancing multiple priorities

Collaborative, proactive, and execution-focused with a strong sense of accountability

Success Metrics

Accuracy, timeliness, and quality of campaign builds across all DCE channels

Adoption and performance of personalization logic in campaign execution

Continuous improvement in engagement metrics (open, click, conversion) through optimized campaign development

Effective collaboration with strategy, creative, and deployment teams
