Fara Beauty Lounge is a modern hair salon dedicated to creating a luxurious and welcoming experience for every client. We're passionate about beauty, style, and delivering exceptional service. We're now looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing & Social Media Manager to help us grow our brand and reach new clients.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase salon visibility and bookings Create engaging social media content (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Google, etc.) Manage and grow online presence and community engagement onitor performance analytics and suggest improvements Assist with photography, video content, and promotional materials Collaborate with the salon owner on new promotions and branding ideas

Qualifications

Proven experience in marketing, social media, or content creation (preferably in beauty, fashion, or hospitality) Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and Google tools Creative mindset with strong attention to detail Excellent communication and organizational skills Photography and video editing experience is an asset

Compensation:

Negotiable based on experience (Hourly or Commission-Based Options)
