Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management & Strategy
Develop and execute innovative and effective social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation
Manage day-to-day operations of social media channels and company website
Stay current with social media best practices, tools, and trends
Create and manage paid social ads (Meta and other platforms as needed)
Respond to comments, messages, and mentions promptly and professionally
Analytics & Optimization
Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools
Create regular performance reports and provide insights to optimize strategies
Track customer engagement, reach, and SEO performance to refine campaign content
Content Creation & Marketing Support
Create, schedule, and publish engaging content that aligns with our brand voice and marketing objectives
Collaborate with team members to design and produce multimedia content -- including graphics, videos, and written copy for social media, blog posts, and website
Support the development of content calendars and ensure consistency across all platforms
Collaboration & Campaign Execution
Work closely with cross-functional teams (design, sales, front desk) to ensure cohesive brand messaging
Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including email marketing, online advertising, and event promotion
Coordinate and manage marketing projects, timelines, and deliverables
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and audience segments
Support in creating and distributing marketing materials (brochures, promotional content, etc.)
Experience, Skills & Qualifications
Minimum
1-2 years of experience
in social media management, digital marketing, or related field
Proven experience with social media management tools, analytics platforms, and paid ad creation
Formal education in marketing, communications, or digital media is an asset, but a strong portfolio and hands-on experience in social media management are equally valued.
Strong understanding of major social media platforms:
Instagram & Threads, TikTok, Facebook, and X (Twitter)
, including their best practices and algorithms
Excellent
communication skills

Proactive and self-motivated
-- takes initiative, brings creative ideas forward, and follows through with minimal supervision
Excellent copywriting skills and ability to craft engaging, on-brand messaging
Experience managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in creating and overseeing visual content (text, image, video) tailored to different platforms
A creative, adaptable, and detail-oriented mindset
